Plastilac® AE245 Two Pack Polyurethane Topcoat & Varnish AV245


This two pack acrylic polyurethane coating can be air or forced dried giving excellent colour and gloss retention.
It has been formulated to have good exterior durability in a range of colours and gloss levels.

Applications

Substrate: ABS/PC blends, PP/EPDM
Pretreatment: degrease/flaming
Coating system: one coat
Mixing ratio: 5:1 by volume with curing agent
Curing schedule: air drying with full properties after 7 days or 30 mins at 80ºC
Theoretical coverage: 8 sq m/litre@ 40 microns

Also available in lead free paint (AE245X ) and in a varnish (AV245).
