These products have the sole purpose of removing oxide from aluminium prior to further processing - including chromate conversion, plating and anodising.

Prior cleaning is normally always required; but they operate at or near room temperature, and a very long process life of the bath should be expected.

The range enables virtually all alloys of aluminium to be processed, although high silicon alloys will normally only require short times and weak solutions.
