Trimite Group has been in the Brent family ownership for two generations, growing from a small family business to become a well known supplier of industrial coatings and paint schemes.
In 2007, MD Michael Brent decided to allow new investors to take the group forward and to develop the business internationally. A new controlling private shareholder group, headed by David Roberts, took over in May 2007.
The new shareholders are carrying out a number of significant investments in the business including new industrial paint production facilities at the Uxbridge HQ & Hungary, and further investments in several countries to support increasing demand from our world class customers.
There is an on-going strategic review of all business activities that will support the development of the business. The Group is focussing on all customer facing activities to improve lead-times, quality and service levels.
