Technical Support

Trimite’s Technical Support can take the form of several key services to aid our customers to achieve the very best results from our products:

1. Our laboratories have formulated literally thousands of tailor-made industrial coating products, special finishes, and unique colours for our customer base.
2. You do not need to be one of our biggest customers to take advantage of our industrial paint and colour matching abilities.  We will make just 5 litres of a special colour match which could be unique to your product!
3. Our Technical Service team provides on-site service to our worldwide customers including troubleshooting, identifying potential improvements and savings within your manufacturing processes, providing operator training and advice on optimum application techniques of our products:
   • From substrate preparation including degreasing or oxide removal (Please see pretreatment section for further info or email pretreatment@trimite.com with your specific enquiries).
   • Pre-priming of substrate for good mechanical properties and/or corrosion protection.  
   • Final industrial paint finish for either excellent appearance and/or resistance against weathering, chemicals and/or long term retention of colour and gloss.
