This cellulose primer filler provides a very fast drying undercoat with good filling properties. Formulated to complement our C40 High Build Cellulose Finish, it is also suitable for use under our other cellulose systems. Embodying fast drying and good filling properties with flexibility, it may be easily wet or dry flatted.
