Formulated to reduce V.O.C. levels in accordance with the guidelines of EPA 1990 PG6/23, when used in conjunction with our Plastilac^® B461 Two Pack Polyurethane High Solids Topcoat, to give a fully compliant, environmentally friendly paint system.
