Trimite has expert Technical Service Representatives situated throughout the British Isles to provide on-site service for our customers. The services provided includes detailed advice on industrial coatings technologies available to resolve problems or enhance a customer’s manufacturing process, demonstrating new products, operator training and advice on optimum application conditions including substrate preparation, and general troubleshooting.
For new pretreatment and industrial paint plants, Technical Service Representatives can be fully involved from design to commissioning stages through to regular monitoring to ensure that all processes run within specification and meet the customers’s requirements.

Customer Service and Distribution

Trimite’s own transport fleet delivers throughout the UK. We also have Regional Centres strategically situated throughout the UK. Our flexible manufacturing systems give us the ability to “make to order” many customer orders in addition to delivering from stock.

Export
Trimite industrial paint products are shipped to more than 60 countries throughout the world by land, sea and airfreight. We have our own export packing department and IATA trained and approved shipping managers.

Stringent specifications and quality standards are a prerequisite to modern manufacturing and Trimite has made significant investments over decades in equipment, procedures and staff training to ensure that every batch is made within the specification.
