Meloseal 5 RJ110 / Resinated Sealer 199 RJ111
New cement render, plaster and asbestos substitute sheeting have free alkali on their surfaces. Before painting, this must be neutralised to avoid discolouration or loss of adhesion. The Resinated Sealer 199 RJ111 neutralises this alkali and provides an excellent key for subsequent painting. The Resinated Sealer 199 RJ111 may also be used over impregnated fire retardant plywood or hardboard.
