Trimite are delighted to announce the appointment of Angus Davidson as Financial Director of Trimite and Trimite Truecoat with effect from 2^nd January 2008. Angus, a Chartered Accountant, has spent the last six years as FD of an engineering company where he streamlined the financial reporting process making it faster and more accurate and significantly improved the cash management. Prior to that he was Financial Controller for a large glass container manufacturer and was responsible for all aspects of finance; his achievements there included implementing a new financial system as part of Y2K with 30% overhead cost savings resulting. The appointment is in line with our strategic goal of developing a management team to succeed in taking the Group forward over the next decade.

Adrian Kay will join the main Board retaining his involvement with Shackell Edwards and Trimite Powders Inc. and he will also assume responsibility for all of the group’s legal and statutory matters; including all future acquisitions reporting to myself.
