EPA Regulations & Trike Replacments for Surface Cleaning (PG6/45)

If so you will be affected by the Solvent Emissions Directive PG6/45 2007 Compliance regulation.

 

In order to comply with the new regulations, companies must take either of the following initial actions:-

  1. Demonstrate, through having Flue Testing undertaken, that the concentration of solvent is below the  required limit.
  2. Produce a “Solvent Reduction Plan” which will reduce the solvent usage below the 5 tonnes per annum limit.
